Real Estate Executive Assistant (Focus in Marketing)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate agents and drive sales. You will work closely with our agents to create and implement tailored marketing plans that showcase their unique skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our real estate agents, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with our agents to understand their individual strengths and target markets, and create customized marketing plans to support their business objectives.
• Manage and maintain our company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and vendors to ensure our agents have access to the latest marketing tools and resources.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for our agents and the company.
• Work closely with our agents to create and distribute high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and property listings.
• Coordinate and manage special events, such as open houses and community events, to promote our agents and properties.
• Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with our agents to help them stay competitive in the market.
• Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities and performance to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and other digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
• Real estate license is preferred but not required.
