About the Team

The Real Estate Analyst will be part of the infrastructure team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to successfully manage special projects. The Real Estate Analyst will be working with internal Product team to achieve Company objectives and manage external partners, bringing new solutions to improve and accelerate business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed market research to identify new real estate opportunities and understand economic, demographic, and real estate market trends.
• Analyze and evaluate property specifications, pricing, and real estate market conditions to make recommendations on potential acquisitions or dispositions.
• Prepare financial models and forecasts to assess the viability of real estate transactions.
• Oversee and manage the lifecycle of existing real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and analyzing performance against financial metrics.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met and to assist in the negotiation of terms for new or existing contracts.
• Liaise with property managers, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather data and insights that support decision-making.
• Produce and present regular reports on the status of properties and projects, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
• Support the senior management team with data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst, Investment Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate law and property management is advantageous.
