Starting as a popular halal street cart in New York City, our fast-casual brand has expanded to 100 restaurants worldwide, with more than 300 in development. We are currently looking for a Junior Real Estate Analyst to join our team at our corporate headquarters as we continue to grow.
Role Responsibilities
Analyze potential restaurant sites based on real estate criteria and franchise models.
Develop engaging presentations using PowerPoint to present site analysis to franchisees.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards in documents such as Letters of Intent and Leases.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Assist franchisees through site search and lease execution processes.
Utilize tools like Google Earth Pro for updating and managing franchise territories.
Conduct market analysis to identify new development opportunities and create presentations from the findings.
Collaborate with franchisees to optimize site selection based on internal metrics.
Organize weekly calls with franchisees to monitor progress in real estate site selection.
Support the Construction Department with analysis on value engineering and project research.
Help with ad hoc projects related to Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD) and internal datasets.
Maintain and update Real Estate documents in OneDrive to ensure accurate data storage.
Introduce franchisees to project management tools such as Franconnect for smoother processes.
Use data analytics tools like Kalibrate to produce reports on proposed territories and sites.
Prepare economic analysis reports for internal deals and special requests.
Work with the Director on deal analysis and tracking progress.
Develop timelines with franchisees to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Coordinate internal meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Utilize Python to automate analytical processes and internal tasks.
Present analysis findings succinctly to the Director and Chief Development Officer.
Requirements
Background in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Project Management, Business Management, Real Estate Development, or Hospitality Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Must be willing to commute to our corporate office in Uniondale, NY (relocation possible in October 11553).
