Radio Frequency Engineer

The Radio Frequency Sales Engineer will understand all key aspects of the RF System on the satellite and the ground segment/gateways while providing sales engineering support to US Government & commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on end-to-end communication systems, subsystems, and components, particularly RF transceivers, filters, link budgets, gateway antennas, eNodeBs, and user equipment (UE).
- Support the analysis of satellite RF systems working in different frequencies, including mmW, and their connection to unmodified cellular devices/UEs with cellular low and mid-band spectrum.
- Collaborate with the testing team for test result reviews, non-conformance investigation, and resolution.
- Work with the RF team on the development of the service, including modifications for specific government use cases.
- Work directly with government end users to develop use cases and adapt the service for government programs.
- Tailor PowerPoint briefs for sales/marketing outreach.
- Collaborate with government prime contractors to develop use cases and adapt the service for government programs.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in RF systems.
- Degree in RF communications/electrical engineering or related field.
- Experience with satellite payload design/analysis and/or wireless communications.
- Experience with both satellite and cellular frequencies and equipment.
- Experience with US government contracting and supporting government customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with other engineers.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- US citizenship.
- Active US DoD clearance, ideally TS or TS/SCI.
