Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Define, implement, and enhance semiconductor device processes for microwave and mmWave applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables, partnering with process and product engineers, technicians, and customers.
Define material, process, and device performance, supporting semiconductor fab yield targets.
Develop and characterize new devices, components, and vehicle circuits.
Lead corrective action teams, define actions, and drive schedules.
Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of proven experience with advanced semiconductor processes and devices.
Specific skills in III-V device physics and processing are highly desirable.
Knowledge of high-frequency transistor design and performance (HBT, HEMT) is desired.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) is desired.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills for successful inter and intra-group interactions.
Strong accountability, self-initiative, and proactive attitude.
