Quality Supervisor

• Rural Town in Southern Texas
• Day Shift Position
• Pay is dependent on experience
• Must be Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Required Experience

·       BS Degree in a Food, Animal, or Life Sciences program or relevant experience.

·       5 or more years’ of food industry experience in the areas of Quality Assurance, and/or Technical Services.

·       Experience in a USDA facility is preferred.

·       A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

·       Must have knowledge and functional training or experience with general manufacturing processes, SOP's, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, BRC), Quality Control functions, basic HACCP/food safety requirements,

·       Plant Sanitation processes, and Laboratory equipment and techniques

·       Strong communication, analytical, and statistical abilities
