Mission:

The aim of this position is to coordinate Company System Audits, Company Process Audits, QMS application review and evaluations, QMS Reporting, and QMS Training.

Responsibilities:

-To assure the application of Customer and GRUPO ANTOLIN management standards in the achievement of the Customer satisfaction targets.

-To lead together with Top Management the QMS implementation in the Company with all involved Departments, coordinating internal and external System audits (certification and Customer ones).

-To perform the training and awareness of the QMS users according to the needs.

-To perform trainings about QMS modifications to all staff involved in the Company assuring the implementation.

-To provide support to any user of the QMS about doubts, questions….being the reference in their Company.

-To ensure the QMS documentation control and management of specific documentation.

-To promote the continuous improvement of the QMS through proposals and acting as the channel to transfer them to the Corporate Quality Management.

-To perform regular evaluations of the QMS performance and adherence in the Company.

-To measure and send QMS reports to Management about status of the QMS

-To make the Company System Audits and Annual Process audits.

-Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.

-Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment.

What we are looking for:

-To assure the application of Customer and GRUPO ANTOLIN management standards in the achievement of the Customer satisfaction targets.

-Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Level Degree (Area of Study: Manufacturing- Automotive).

-Minimum 5 Years of working in the Quality Department or minimum 3 Years of working in the

Quality Department + 1 year as QMS responsible.

-English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking).
