Quality Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 1.5-3+ years of experience in manufacturing and a solid understanding of ISO standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with ISO regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in compliance with ISO standards to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Inspection and Testing: Perform regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any non-conformances, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with production teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance overall product quality.
- Training: Train and mentor production staff on quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent application of quality standards across all shifts.
- Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers regarding quality issues, providing detailed reports and working towards effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Audit Participation: Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring all ISO compliance requirements are met and addressing any findings promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1.5-3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- ISO Knowledge: Strong understanding and practical experience with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant ISO standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of quality management software and tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey quality issues and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Salary: 70-95k
