General Purpose and Scope (Summary):

This position oversees the pre- and post-closing quality control for Total Mortgage.Functions:

  • Manage pre- and post-closing quality control for Total Mortgage;
  • Update quality control policies and procedures according to investor and agency guidelines;
  • Update and monitor tracking and trending reports from loan file reviews;
  • Manage corrective action for quality findings;
  • Oversee quality control reviewers
  • Compile monthly reports on quality control findings;
  • Assist with target testing and monitoring based on quality control findings;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

  • Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations;

  • Meet goals set by Total Mortgage.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university or
  • Relevant field experience
  • 3-5 years’ related experience, Underwriting Experience

Certifications, Licenses, etc.

N/AHours For Position

M-F 9am-5pm

This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
