Job Description: We are seeking a skilled QA Manager. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in Java and Oracle, experience in managing both contractors and full-time employees, and a deep understanding of modern software development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of up to 20 QA professionals, including both SDETs and manual testers.
• Oversee the entire QA process for our Java and Oracle-based applications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Implement and enhance testing strategies, tools, and frameworks, with a focus on UI, API, and performance testing.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools for automated testing, ensuring the team is equipped with the best resources.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand how applications are built and ensure thorough testing of distributed technologies.
• Manage test data, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to complex testing challenges.
• Influence and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with functional operations teams throughout the organization.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Oracle.
• Experience with Angular UI.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 15+ people
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a QA environment.
• Hands-on experience with UI testing, API testing, performance testing, and test data management.
• In-depth understanding of how software is built, including distributed technologies and monolithic applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve complex issues.
