Quality Assurance Engineer

Preferred Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 standards
• Direct experience in interfacing with Customers and Suppliers
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance, including data analysis and trending

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong capabilities in data collection and analysis, including root cause analysis
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Diligent, conscientious, and team-oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities as expertise develops
• Technical proficiency with a strong aptitude for generating and managing reports using computers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Technical Contract Reviews to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Reviewing Supplier Purchase Orders to confirm proper flow-down of requirements
• Developing quality plans and inspection documentation
• Managing quality documentation for Customers, Suppliers, and Internal use
• Coordinating Source Inspections and interfacing with Customer Inspectors during site visits
• Managing non-conformances by promptly notifying Customers and collaborating on resolution
