The Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining the product release tracking database from receipt of donor until product is shipped. The Data Administrator logs paperwork progress and maintains a 5S file room environment. This role acts as a liaison for Logistics, Manufacturing, Donor Eligibility, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to ensure that paperwork flows among teams within prescribed timeframes and escalates late paperwork to management.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for filing, organizing, and prepping batch record paperwork, donor eligibility paperwork, and testing results for processed donor tissue for review.
  • Responsible for maintaining a 5S state in the batch record file room.
  • Maintain the product release tracking database in Excel.
  • Responsible for alerting management when the database shows a donor is behind schedule.
  • Responsible for scanning and filing QA and QC documents related and unrelated to the batch records, as required.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.


What will you need to be successful?

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED required



  • Experience:
    • 2 years of working experience with Excel.
    • 2 years working in an office environment performing activities such as organization, filing and/or 5S.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, meaning the ability to enter data and use built in formulas.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Office software such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to develop an understanding of 5S and how to sustain it in a file room environment.
  • Physical Demands: Office area and manufacturing shop floor exposure and able to lift 25 lbs
  • Travel Requirements: 0 – 5%
