Position Summary:
The Purchasing Manager for the NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) Product Line is responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement activities related to NVH products. This includes developing and implementing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials, and optimizing costs to support the company’s production and operational goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is preferred.
Minimum 10 years experience in a managerial or team leader role in an automotive manufacturing environment, managing cross functionally.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
Proven experience in managing procurement for NVH products or related components is highly desirable.
Proven team leader.
Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
