Applicant must have 5 years of relevant experience with the following:

  • Experience managing goods and services procurements in a large, multi-dimensional business environment.
  • Extensive experience in the use of computer and software (Microsoft Office) applications, Excel pivot tables, complex spreadsheets, etc.
  • Customer Service to broad audiences; professional, vendors and executives.
  • Commonwealth of VA Procurement knowledge and experience.
  • Use of eVA ordering system.
  • Experience with the Cardinal System.
  • General knowledge of accounting and financial management.
