We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Propulsion Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who is ready to take their career to the next level by working on cutting-edge propulsion systems. This role requires a deep understanding of thermodynamics and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Propulsion Engineer, you will

• Design, develop, and test propulsion systems for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of thermodynamics to solve complex engineering problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate propulsion systems into overall product designs.
• Conduct detailed analyses of propulsion systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
• Ensure all propulsion systems meet necessary safety and compliance standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in propulsion technology and incorporate new findings into our designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD will be considered a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in propulsion system design and development.
• Proficient understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
• Experience with CAD software and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
