We are offering a contract opportunity for a RFP Proposal Writer. This role involves the development of strategic proposals in response to RFP requirements, collaborating with various internal teams, and managing the entire proposal process. This position is fully remote and a 4-month contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze RFP requirements and formulate proposal strategies and responses.
• Write, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and insight.
• Work closely with GTM and Sales teams to complete RFPs.
• Manage the entire proposal process from initiation to submission, meeting all deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, review content, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and resolve any customer credit inquiries.
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Proposal Writer role or similar position.
• Previous experience handling Proposals - RFPs and Project Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
