Proposal Writer

Matadi Holdings is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in providing logistics, construction, engineering, infrastructure, procurement of commodities, and information technology solutions to both public and private sector clients. We are based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area and are committed to delivering high-quality services while prioritizing client satisfaction.

This is a full-time Proposal Writer role at Matadi Holdings. As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, conducting technical writing, and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals). You will collaborate with internal teams to gather information, create compelling and persuasive content, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposals. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working primarily in our Washington DC-Baltimore office but allowing for some remote work.

• Strong experience in Proposal Management, Technical Writing, and Proposal Writing
• Proficiency in managing and responding to RFPs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the logistics, construction, engineering, or information technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
