Position Summary


This is a full-time Property Manager position in the Life Time—Healthy Way of Life Company legal department, which is a fast-paced general practice environment. Primary duty is supporting the Company’s current and growing lease portfolio.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main point of contact for General Managers and local staff to resolve club related property issues
  • Responsible for resolution of property related issues with landlords
  • Administers and interprets all necessary property related legal documents
  • Manages expiration and renewal report and review with operations on a quarterly basis
  • Project management and coordination with landlords regarding remodels and brand innovations
  • Resolves violations and conflicts with operating agreements and jurisdictional regulations
  • Assists in the formulation of objectives, policies, and procedures concerning the company's Property Management programs
  • Implements and enforces building procedures and ensure asset is in compliance of agreements and laws
  • Coordinates move-in and move-out for all leased locations
  • Manages Life Time use restrictions and investigate and respond to internal and external requests relating to prohibited uses
  • Participates in associations around the country
  • Creates and manages program to document club property issues around the country
  • Visits locations as necessary to review maintenance standards and address operator concerns
  • Negotiates new tenant leases or renewals for Life Time owned office building
  • Secures non-club office and warehouse properties as requested. Works with local brokers to secure space
  • Oversees maintenance of outparcels


Position Requirements

  • Associates Degree in related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a multi-site property manager for a tenant user
  • Extensive experience in managing properties for a large and diverse lease portfolio
  • Extensive experience in reviewing and analyzing leases, declarations and development agreements
  • Highly organized with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions


Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Notary Public license
