Job Location:

Lexington Park, MD – Hybrid with 3 days a week at the government facility at Pax River and 2 days a week split between the Nine 30 office in Lexington Park and Working From Home (WFH).

Job Description:

Develop, maintain, and refine Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project utilizing program team input and project documentation including inputs and dependencies from master project/subproject integration.

Review or evaluate project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), contractor Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Facilitate meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various project stakeholders. Status schedules on a routine basis, identify, evaluate and present critical path analysis, and analyze schedule data to identify resource constraints and risks.

Format and present schedule information and data using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and OnePager Pro.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or project support
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing MS Project to build and maintain project schedules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
