We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in both SaaS and the airline industry to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects within our SaaS product suite tailored for the airline industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both SaaS and airline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS and the airline industry.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and integrity.

• Experience working with international teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.
• Understanding of the airline industry regulations and compliance requirements.
