Project Manager- Telecom/RF
CTG is assisting our client fill a remote Project Manager- Telecom/RF opening in Seattle, Washington.
Location: Remote in Seattle, WA
Duration: 9 months, with potential for extension or conversion to direct employment
Summary:
The Project Manager will take the lead in the execution of DAS and small cell system projects and proposals. Assignments will vary greatly in size and scope from multi-million-dollar neutral host networks to small, single operator DAS networks.This is a highly client facing role.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the development of engineering proposals with detailed RF design solutions, project budgets, project schedules, material/subcontractor selections, and the direction of all technical aspects for assigned projects. Individual shall be held accountable for related financial, schedule and quality goals of each project.
- Oversee the designing of in-building and repeater systems.
- Acting as on-site Project Manager, when required, for specific projects assigned. Including creating and following project schedules, Interfacing with customers and installation crews as needed to successfully complete the project.
- Overseeing Installation and commissioning of new systems.
Travel Requirements:
- 25% travel required (this will vary from week-to-week depending upon specific projects, but this is a general average).
Skills Required:
- Exposure to financial data and project financial indicators
- Resource management and forecasting related to the execution of assigned projects.
- Preparation of proposals and statements of work.
- Subcontractor evaluation and selection.
- Developing ability to effectively manage both horizontally and vertically, communicating with all management levels in the organization
- Initiator/motivator; proactive attitude and a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form
- PMP Certification
Strongly Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience with project management applications like Microsoft Project
- Experience with cost tracking and financial forecasting
- Understanding financial and technical feasibility and how they can impact opportunities
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00 to $48.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
