The main function of a project management analyst is to provide project management support to the Global Marketing Organization and owner of the Launch Process tools, meeting reviews.
- Organize Launch Excellence meetings by aligning key stakeholders, working with Global & Regional Marketing teams to prepare required deliverables and launch dates; capturing subsequent action items from these meetings.
- Organize reviews for final read-out of commercial launch readiness plans with Global & Regional Product Managers and cross-functional leadership, ensuring all key parties are available and managing affiliated correspondence.
- Create and maintain the current product portfolio pipeline and each global region's specific regional launch dates. Includes running biweekly to quarterly meetings with each region to provide updates on the existing project pipeline, regulatory timeline impacts, and specific regional concerns.
- Share and educate on current Launch Excellence resources for optimal launch planning with Global & Regional Product Managers, providing launch best practices and iterating on tools as needed throughout the process.
- Generate monthly performance scorecards for current and upcoming product launches, navigating Critical Care data systems and ensuring accurate reporting of cross-functional KPIs/inputs from GSC, Quality, and Commercial.
- Serve as a conduit between project/team members in all cross-functional groups (e.g. Marketing, Ops, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, etc.)
- Maintain efficient and effective communication, per communication plan development and execution, to provide clarity for roles and responsibilities and alignment with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing projects of increasing complexity required
- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive the achievement of objectives
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
- Experience within a regulated environment
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to work and excel within a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- 2+ years of experience in project management with varying levels of complexity
