Project Manager (ADP NextGen HCM)

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM Solutions practice.

Responsibilities:

• This role is a Project Manager role supporting ADP NextGen on the client side.
• This role includes planning, scheduling, and monitoring client-assigned tasks and deliverables as defined within the ADP implementation project plan.
• Identify risks; develop and manage risk mitigation plans in conjunction with Client team and ADP implementation project manager
• Recommend tactical decisions for the project
• Provide Human Resources and ADP Implementation general subject matter expertise in support of the project, including assistance with defining and documenting test strategy and planning
• The Project Manager will facilitate key decisions but will not make final decisions on behalf of the client or provide client sign off on business requirements, data validation, test results, or quality gates
• They are transitioning from WFN to ADP NextGen HCM at ADP.
• There is also going to be a shift from ADP eTime to WFMgr and possible support here.
  
  

Duration: This role will start late July 2024 and last 6 - 7 months until approximately late Jan 2025 and may be extended.

Location: Remote.

Working Hours: Full time to start but it may turn to Part-time at different stages of the project, depending on client resource support and bandwidth.
