Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is seeking a Project Manager 1. This role is remote, but there is a preference for ET time zone (open to CT & MT). Responsibilities:
The Project Manager develops understanding of client issues to identify and build solutions tailored to client objectives
Encourages and promotes the integration of differences in perspectives, abilities, cultures, etc. into work activities
Recognized as a positive change agent; approaches change with flexibility, adjusting style and actions to fit new circumstances and priorities
Applies understanding of key business, industry and market issues to develop preliminary recommendations and provide input into work processes
The Project Manager will directly interact with end user providing technical support on the delivery side
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of Project Management Experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office (including Excel), Teams, MS Project, Zoom and/or other virtual collaboration meeting apps
Project management knowledge and experience; Proven ability to develop project plans with realistic timing and resource requirements
Commitment to keeping leadership apprised of project status, anticipated difficulties and potential solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, responsive individual; commits to delivering on client needs with a sense of priority and accountability
Demonstrates natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with colleagues at all levels
Experience working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams and with individuals of different levels of seniority to deliver results
Experience working with virtual teams with effective results
Ability to lead discussions in a way that stimulates questions and ideas on service and process improvements
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills; applies values to guide decisions and behaviors in periods of uncertainty
Proficiency in the use of technology and willing to learn new as well as existing technologies
Experience troubleshooting basic network
Ability to recognize & diagnose issues to address client challenges
Experience supporting some form of Single Sign On is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
