Project Director for Qualitative Market Research

Summary of Position: As a Project Director you will be the heart of the day-to-day business. You will assist with and eventually be responsible for the logistics of the fieldwork surrounding a research initiative. You will work directly with the client and internal team to develop the budget, project schedule, the research instrument (screener, etc.), and coordinate all communications.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all phases of a qualitative research initiative
  • Develop and manage project schedule and budget
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external resources
  • Develop project screener and oversee project fieldwork and review data quality


Qualification/Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Works well independently: Excels in roles requiring self-direction and independent decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a business/corporate setting/ bonus if a client facing role
  • Marketing Research knowledge – Qualitative research experience is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products
