Project Delivery Lead

LaSalle Network is currently partnered with one of the largest privately held, global companies in the country, specializing in food and beverage distribution. They are hiring a skilled Project Delivery Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering projects and rolling out new tools or processes across an organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless implementation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies across our client's environments.

Project Delivery Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools or processes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
• Identify potential risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation plans to address them effectively throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered solutions meet high standards and client expectations
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership team
• Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to facilitate smooth transition and maximize utilization of new tools or processes

Project Delivery Lead Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field; PMP certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Delivery Lead, specifically in rolling out tools or processes within organizations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
