Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Project Controller to join our dynamic team. The Project Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial aspects, cost management, and performance tracking of projects within our organization. This role will ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines, monitor expenditures, and provide analytical support to project managers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project budgets and forecasts in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial performance and analyze variances against budgeted and forecasted figures.
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly financial statements, project cost reports, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize project profitability.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess financial risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bid reviews.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers on financial matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Controller, Project Accountant, or similar role in the oil and gas industry.
• Solid understanding of project accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification such as CPA, CMA, or PMI-SP is a plus.
