We are seeking a project coordinatior, interior designer, intern architect, to join our Seattle office. We are a small, fun, creative studio. Graphic skills encouraged. Good communication skills essential. Opportunity for growth!
Responsibilities
Preparation and modification of permit and construction drawings
Permit submittal and coordinator
Working with the design team to develop all necessary construction documentation and schedules for custom millwork, architectural finishes and details
Support construction teams, consultants and/or contractors with clarifications and revisions during the bid and construction period
Source FF&E within approved budgets of varying size and type
Field verify jobsite
Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar required knowledge

Skills and Abilities:
AutoCAD- required
3D modeling and rendering in SketchUp, Vray, and Layout- required
Photoshop, Illustrator software -required
Graphic skills
Ability to research local and national building codes
Experience in restaurant design preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task
Self-motivated and able to work independently, and as a team player
Knowledge of architectural details and specifications for construction document production
A strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and a desire to constantly learn
Location: Seattle, WA
BENEFITS Health insurance- Healthcare will be made available after an initial 90 day period.
Vacation - Two weeks initially, after 3 month trial period, increases after the first year.
