Project Architect

We are partnered with a well-established, forensic architecture and building envelope firm, seeking to add a Project Architect to their team. Having attracted some of the top talent in the industry, they are looking to build upon this, and further solidify their presence in the Florida market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop scopes of work for structure repairs.
• Create technical drawings and specifications.
• Oversee construction administration.
• Coordinate schedules and review shop drawings.
• Communicate regularly with clients.
• Manage multiple projects.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Experience with construction documents and contracts.
• Flexibility with work schedule and travel.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong hand drafting skills.
• Effective communication.
