Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Analyst -Communications and Crisis Response in Dublin, OH, The shift for this role is Thursday - Monday, anywhere from 6:00am - 3:00pm or 1:00pm - 10:00pm PST. Project Description: The Analyst is responsible for developing expertise, tracking, and analyzing intelligence to identify emerging threats domestically and internationally. Then, contextualizing those threats specific to company sites and employees, informing company stakeholders, and executing established processes to address risks in a timely, consistent, and effective manner. The scope of responsibility will include geopolitical and reputational risk, terrorism, social and political activism, crime and fraud, political stability, economic uncertainty, cultural and societal trends, and risks. Analysts serve as the initial intake and reporting hub for security and safety related incidents received via phone, emails, internal incident reporting system and intelligence platforms. They are also responsible for disseminating communications on risks to company operations and/or travelers, responding to alarms by monitoring/reviewing CCTV footage, coordinating threat response and securing/overseeing guard deployments/processes. The RISC falls under the Organizational Safety & Security (OSS) umbrella. Analysts must be willing and able to occasionally assist with Corporate Security related duties, if needed. Duties/Day to Day Overview:
Social media & Communications Channel Monitoring with regards to potential threats
Weather Monitoring/Support & Crisis Management Team (CMT) process
Safe traveler support; Monitoring domestic and international threats/potential traveler safety/impact
Technology platforms and systems
Maintaining a safe & secure environment
Requirements
College degree - Political Science major or background
This person must have 10/10 communication skills and excellent writing skills
They need to be very organized and have a strong work ethic
Must be able to interact and communicate with VPs and C-Level folks
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves):
Experience with researching and analyzing written and video data
Communication/criminal major or background
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
