As Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the WISe program and hold the overarching vision of Seneca. It is the responsibility of the Supervisor to ensure fidelity to the WISe service model, while ensuring the voice and goals of client and families.

The Wraparound with Intensive Services program provides comprehensive behavior health supports to youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs. The program's goal is to help youth thrive in their homes and communities and assist in helping them meet the goals they have identified.

Oversee the delivery of high-quality services for community based program(s) by managing and liaising with external partnership, providing day-to-day programmatic oversight, and addressing needs of program
Ensure high quality supervision and service delivery to youth and families enrolled in Seneca’s WISe program
Provide direction regarding assignment of youth and families to teams of care coordinators, clinicians, and peer partners
Create and monitor clinician and support counselor schedules for providing direct care/support for children and families
Ensure accurate and timely submission of required WISe and agencywide documentation by the team
Adhere to WISe model fidelity service model and hold a comprehensive understanding of WISe policy, procedures and mandates
Collect and report on program outcomes as outlined by county contracts or agency expectations
Provide continuous coaching and weekly supervision to Care Coordinator, Family Partner and Youth Partners on the team
Oversee all personnel related responsibilities with the Program Director, including interviewing, hiring, on-boarding and professional development
Attend all appropriate WISe meetings and trainings as directed by the County
Facilitate weekly Team Meetings
Lead and participate in responding to crisis situations and being part of a rotating on call system
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related subject area
A Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience providing direct services to clients may be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree.
Experience in the mental health field, preferably in family-focused, community-based programs
Commitment to engage in self-evaluation as well as organizational goal-setting, strategies, and systemic practices regarding diversity, equity and inclusion
Good organizational and writing skills
Ability to work as part of and supervise a multidisciplinary team
Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other state or federal requirements
Valid Washington Driver’s License and insurability by Seneca's automobile insurance carrier
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Starting salary at $78,696.12 - $92,696.12 annually
Actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role
