Job Overview

Our Cybersecurity Legal Team’s (CLT) mission is to ensure cybersecurity compliance to protect our customers and promote global trust in our company.

The CLT is seeking a program manager to support its attorneys in establishing and implementing our comprehensive cybersecurity compliance program in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. The program manager’s main function will be to plan, direct, and coordinate team activities in support of CLT's mission. The position may be extended depending on budget and team needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the intake of new cybersecurity incidents, coordinate related reporting with stakeholders, and maintain incident tracker/tool
  • Manage internal website and associated communications. Survey, track, and analyze website metrics
  • Provide support for planning, executing, and monitoring internal community-building engagement and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Support attorneys in planning, creating and deploying training resources
  • Assist attorneys with coordination of stakeholders in establishing implementation guidance
  • Coordinate projects, draft detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of team activities
  • Provide attorneys with additional administrative and business support, including, among other things: developing and managing schedules, internal/external meeting scheduling/planning, and general review

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with specialization in computer/software engineering, cybersecurity policy, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management required
  • Previous experience working with attorneys or CELA specifically
  • Incident response skillset
  • Prior work at Microsoft—either as a full-time employee or a longer-term vendor—required
  • PMI/PMP certification is nice to have
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while identifying the need for guidance/assistance
  • Facility with software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Microsoft web development tools necessary
