As an Asset Management Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Leased Asset Management global team’s work in a variety of areas of contract and portfolio management across Google’s real estate portfolio of third-party (leased) data center assets. The team proactively manages the leased real estate portfolio to enable faster and cheaper delivery of capacity across the globe, position the portfolio for future growth or exits, and mitigate risks by working with partner teams to identify trends early and implement measures to address them. You will work across time zones, geographical borders, and with internal and external cross-functional partners.
The Leased Asset Management program is responsible for all activities post contract (lease) signature, maintains the single source of truth for all executed third-party data center contracts (3PDC), and is the gateway to managing the ongoing obligations that result out of these 3PDC contracts that supply capacity into the overall Google space/power portfolio.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or Asset Investment Portfolios, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program management.
- 1 year of experience in industrial/commercial real estate development or real estate asset management roles.
- Experience managing projects and programs, working with multiple stakeholders against deadlines, and managing risk to determine an acceptable solution.
- Experience in real estate database management and portfolio analysis.
- Experience using spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Experience in data center development.
- Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems, and analyze data and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities
- Assist with management of third-party data center service provider relationships including ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, assisting with service provider business reviews (gathering internal stakeholder input, develop review packages, and manage resulting action items with cross-functional internal teams).
- Abstract, validate, and ensure accuracy of data in leased asset database systems and align with internal stakeholders on reporting needs, and deliver data to partner teams.
- Document, maintain, and improve existing business processes, and processing of contract notices, renewals, and amendments.
- Facilitate and track third-party data center purchase order creations, timely payment of invoices, and annual funding approvals.
