Program Manager - Class III Medical Device

Medical Device company based out of North County San Diego is hiring an experienced program manager to join as one of the initial non-executive hires within the company. They are developing a disruptive product in the PFA space and have a team of experienced leaders bringing products in the space to market.

Requirements:

• Class III capital equipment
• Has led multiple projects through full PDLC to commercialization
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
• Start-up environment experience
• PMP certified
• Strong personality: questions everything, pushes and motivates people, reports the good & the bad

This person will:

• Be the sole project manager for the company and have the ability to decide how they would like to run projects
• Focus on R&D/engineering and dabble in clinical, regulatory, and quality
