Job Description:

Job Summary:

The UPS Store (TUPSS) Program Management Specialist provides in-house support to both franchisees and field support personnel. The Program Management Specialist supports the Retail Operations team by managing compliance reports and databases and executes reporting and basic analytic tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-going support to field teams and franchisees to help maintain center compliance and The UPS Store brand consistency.
  • Maintain operational reports to ensure accurate reporting to Operations personnel
  • Collaborates cross-departmentally to assist with executing TUPSS processes
  • Maintain Internal Business Process (IBP) documents needed for cross-training and development


Preferred Competencies:

  • Applies UPS policies and procedures to situations and operations
  • Understands features and business applications of UPS services, products and customer-facing technology offerings/solutions
  • Displays comfort in multi-task work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself
  • Bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree) or a current UPS employee.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,536/year to $69,368/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
