This position is in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

The role:

• Manages activities related to procurement, sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality.
• Develops and maintains working relationships with supply chain partners.
• stablishes purchasing processes and procedures for the organization.
• Evaluate technology needs and procure essential technology products.
• Ensure purchases remain within budget and on schedule.
• Manage inventory levels and receive requisitions, reviewing each item for specifications for quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize procurement needs.
• Develop and investigate supply sources, and issue request proposals, quotations, or bids for those items not covered by any existing purchasing agreement.
  
  

What you bring to the role:

• 4-year college degree with preference for Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Economics.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a Strategic Sourcing role
• Preferred category experience in Facilities and Operations (Indirect Spend).
• Motivated to optimize and identify indirect spend cost savings opportunities and driving results.
• Familiarity with contract language and terms
• Self-motivated and collaborative individual contributor
• Resilient and strategic mindset
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to organize, summarize, and present complex data and solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Microsoft Office: Power user in Excel; Intermediate to Advance in PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  
  

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
