PVHardware is a Production Engineer to coordinate and overseeing the daily activities of the manufacturing ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met within established delivery times.


PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.


Responsibilities:

  • Incoming and outgoing control of raw material and finished product ensuring properly identification and process execution.
  • Manufacturing order execution for the manufacturing team supervising that process are made correctly.
  • Resolution of incidents in the shortest possible time to avoid missing delivery deadlines.
  • Inventory and stock control.
  • Production control ensuring targets are achieved on schedule.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in production processes, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.
  • Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team.
  • Other duties as required.


Regular Interlocutors:

  • Collaborate closely with the U.S. Sales Department, Global Marketing team, and Global Product team.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as agencies and suppliers.
