Role Overview
Raycon seeks a Product Manager to lead our Audio roadmap and drive end-to-end product ownership. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Overview
Raycon seeks a Product Manager to lead our Audio roadmap and drive end-to-end product ownership. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision & Strategy: Shape the future of Raycon’s Audio products, expanding current categories and exploring new opportunities
- Execution: Drive KPIs, product requirements, packaging development, user research, and overseas partner management
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing, sales, design, digital media, and analytics teams to craft compelling product stories
- Reporting: Manage trade-offs, escalate issues, and report on development progress, milestones, and risks
- Market Understanding: Analyze customer reviews, product returns, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5+ years in product management, preferably in consumer electronics
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and product development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve ambitious goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and inspirational leadership skills
- Passionate and driven, with a good sense of humor
