This Product Manager is responsible for supporting the Healthgrades product portfolio for Health systems and the HCP line of business. Our focus is to grow revenue through world class client products and compelling tools for physicians to build their practices. Healthgrades mission is to connect patients with the right doctor and the right care, lives within the greater RVO Health portfolio.

RVO Health is a joint venture with Red Ventures and United Health Group's Optum business. We are on a mission to help all 330MM Americans live stronger, healthier lives by making the healthcare system work better for everyone.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our audience with hard data and user research insights.
• Create and execute a vision and strategy for increasing user engagement on Healthgrades for professionals.
• Define and set product KPI goals to measure the product, audience, and business success of the features you create.
• Contribute to the commercialization roadmap, prioritize features, align stakeholders, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with business teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform on how to build differentiated experiences.
• Lead the product development process, working closely with product design and engineering to ensure desirability, viability and feasibility of all features.
• Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of product management experience, with experience in both B2B and B2C.
• Experience with common product development tools, concepts and processes (i.e. A/B testing and agile development methods, ticketing systems). Jira experience a plus.
• Successful track record launching web products/features that drive deep user engagement
• Bonus:
• Expertise in balancing client needs with consumer experience
• Experience with Content Management Systems

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $80,000 - $110,000*
• Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
