Product Documentation Administrator


Basic Job Functions: The Product documentation administrator will support the Product Management Team administration needs with a primary focus on product documentation creation, document updates and document control.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage published module product documentation and sales collateral, ensuring all ratings, specifications, labels, and certifications accurately reflect current and new products.
  • Facilitate document review process and manage timelines cross functionally.
  • Enter completed documents into the Document Control Center, incorporate comments/rework and ensure documents goes through approval loop.
  • Support the product management team administrative work by organizing team meetings/events and handling purchase requisitions.
  • Assists with special projects as needed


Experience:

  • Experience with documentation systems required.
  • Experience in product management preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional activities preferred.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required with five years’ experience. OR
  • Associates degree in relevant field with 2 years’ experience


Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Proven ability to communicate technical content to a general audience both verbally and in writing. Verbal/written fluency in English required.
  • Strong technical and marketing writing skills.
  • Working in team settings, coordinating meetings and document reviews.
  • MS Office software knowledge required (Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams as minimum).
  • Adobe PDF software knowledge required.
  • Adobe InDesign knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to hold a broad focus while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and aptitude for problem-solving.
