As a Product Development Specialist, you'll be the architect of exceptional frozen yogurt creations, guiding them from conceptualization to commercial success with precision and flair.
Responsibilities:
Lead product development from concept to launch, including testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct experiments, research innovations, and maintain detailed records.
Support product trials, store rollouts, and collaborate on training materials.
Evaluate and improve raw materials, processes, and existing products for quality and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Must have culinary experience
Equipped with technical chef skills for creative flavored product development.
Proficient in analytical research, experimental design, and vendor negotiation.
Possesses technical knowledge of ingredient functionality, food chemistry, safety, and shelf-life stability.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to handle multiple projects with urgency.
Preference for experience in probiotics, beverages, bakery, cereals, fruits & nuts; holds a degree in Food Science or related field with 2 years of product development experience, basic understanding of GMPs and HACCP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
