Client is embarking on a Supply Chain ERP Transformation to S/4 HANA and is seeking a Product Analyst to support the migration from SAP TM to Advanced TM (S/4).
SAP TM experience is needed for 1 of the positions but OTC secondary if no TM.. The candidate will be working with an in-house developed light TMS solution but not necessarily SAP TM. It is good to have SAP OTC process knowledge though. This is an additional role we are looking to fill fast. Need Agile Product Analyst JIRA experience, independent go-getter.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Through workshop facilitation, understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the product squad.
- Build use cases, writes, manage, and clarify user stories, visualization, and process flows.
- Track metrics and build reports to measure progress
- In partnership with the PO, maintain a deep understanding of the business process and product to ensure the squad’s backlog priorities are aligned with business/group needs
- Help manage dependencies with other squads’ working closely with squad PO, peer PO’s and the Product Manager.
- Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensure each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter a sprint
- User Stories meet the Definition of Ready (DOR) by the required deadlines
- All necessary work drivers are accounted for during the User Story estimation
- All Acceptance Criteria are testable and comprehensive to ensure that business needs are met.
- Explain how requirements may be implemented and drive/improve user experience
- Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience with SAP ERP system implementations, ideally with SAP OTC process knowledge
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 3+ years of Product/Business Analysis experience in an Agile/Scrum setting at an enterprise organization.
- Experience with developing user requirements/user stories for development of software is required
- Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) is required
- Experience with Project Management, Software Testing, Implementation and Change Management is preferred
- Experience with JIRA is required.
- Track record of driving business value through information technology is preferred
- Knowledge of Tech Based Innovation is highly preferred
- Experience with Business Process Mapping is preferred
- Experience with UX/UI, User Centered Design, Prototyping is preferred
- Experience with Product Backlog Decomposition is preferred
- Self-driver and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and lead several priorities, working to tight project milestones
- Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, cross functional environment
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all areas of responsibility
- Critical thinking, and ability to ask "the hard questions" to stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders
