Producer/Editor

The Atlanta Braves are seeking to hire a full time Producer/Editor. Applicant must be highly motivated, organized and have the ability to multi-task while working under deadlines and offer creative solutions.

This position will be responsible for capturing video content and telling the story of the Braves brand from games, community appearances, player shoots, music videos and a variety of other projects. Completed features will be showcased in stadium, TV and on digital.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or equivalent degree in the field of video production.
• At least 3-5 years of experience capturing and editing content.
• Must have expert knowledge in digital design including video editing, audio production, and motion graphic design to be able to tell a story through high end content.
• Produces shoots and edits video content.
• Ability to develop compelling multimedia packages thru the use of broadcast equipment such as DSLR cameras and Adobe Creative Cloud products(Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects).
• Expert knowledge setting lights for interviews and be able to run microphones for sound capturing.
• Conceptualizes, creates and contributes ideas for content.
• Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills, including superior attention to detail.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and think creatively.
• Must have a passion for sports and multimedia storytelling.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Possesses a creative, organized, responsible, and collaborative mindset, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment while communicating progress.
• Hours must be flexible and have the ability to work weekends/gamedays when needed.
• Ability to lift 35-50lbs of equipment on a daily basis to perform job.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Own transportation and be able to travel.
