Responsibilities
Serves as the USCB and Beaufort/Jasper Higher Education Commission’s Procurement Officer and Inventory Control Manager.
Manages the USCB Procurement Card Program.
Reviews & verifies all contracts, assesses campus risk, and manages all insurance policies for USCB & BJHEC and the processing of any campus insurance claims.
Assesses cost savings measures with utilization of state contracts, and the management of bid and solicitation processes.
Manages the inventory campus wide.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years procurement experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, USC Intranet, and Bank of America Works preferred. Experience in state procurement preferred.
