Job Title: Procurement Manager

Compensation: $140-160k + bonus

What We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or similar
• This person should have at least 8 years of procurement experience in the Defense/Government Contracting industry
• Experience with Subcontracts required
• Must be a great communicator and be able to work independently

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reviews procurement files to ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and work instructions
• Sources new enterprise wide suppliers with a focus on indirect spend
• Negotiates enterprise contracts
• Ensures all procedures and processes are followed in reviewing purchase orders, subcontracts, and master service agreements
• Compile reports on compliance metrics and performance
• Compile schedules to assist financial reporting team with financial disclosures
• Makes recommendations and creates plans for process and procedural improvement opportunities
• Identifies vulnerabilities and risk areas within the procurement function
• Works with cross functional teams on supply chain compliance issues
