Title: Principal Enterprise Architect-Pharmacy.

Job Description:

Summary:

The Principal Enterprise Architect-Pharmacy collaborates with both business and technology stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization s strategy, processes, data, and technical resources, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT initiatives.

Responsibility:

• Proposes cutting-edge technologies aligned with business value drivers and ROI; drives the adoption and utilization of these technologies forward.
• Develops a comprehensive vision for system architecture and ensures the efficient design and utilization of specific components; contributes to the overarching perspective of Enterprise Architecture.
• Takes responsibility for the overall well-being of architecture within the specified market segment.
• Steers the strategic direction and vision of architectural components.
• Preserves overarching architectural strategies at the enterprise level.
• Facilitates the integration of all conceptual architecture elements across the enterprise (e.g., data, applications, technology).
• Tracks the usage of architectural components and supervises their reusability.
• Guides system migration in accordance with predefined roadmaps outlined in enterprise and domain plans.
• Leads the establishment of architecture strategy and vision at the enterprise level.
• Ensures the continual relevance of architectural plans in response to emerging needs or changes in the record plan.
• Provides ongoing consulting support and guidance for projects and architectural initiatives.
• Champions and upholds enterprise-level technology and architectural standards, guidelines, principles, frameworks, and reference models.
• Defines the systems, technical, and application architectures for new strategic initiatives; develops and maintains a dynamic architectural plan and roadmap that articulates and communicates the strategic direction for these architectures, supporting both business and technical objectives; clarifies how the roadmap guarantees and delivers cost-effectiveness, business value, and competitive edge.
  
  

Preferred Skills, Experiences And Competencies

• Background in large-scale organizational environments required.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting pharmacy operations.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in the healthcare industry.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are desirable.
• TOGAF certification preferred.
• Cross-functional experience (e.g., strategy, change management, business process management) highly valued.
  
  

Education:

Candidates must hold a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in IT.
• 6 years specifically in architecture and design within relevant technology domains.
  
  

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60 to $80/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
