Job Description

  • Job Title: Power Platform SME
  • Industry Sector: Information Technology / Consulting

  • Key Technical Skills:
  • 8+ years of design and development experience across the four enterprise architecture domains: business, system/application, information/data, and technical/infrastructure using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Understanding of one or more low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, Outsystems, Mendix, and others
  • Experience in migrating and implementing large-scale applications to low-code platforms
  • Hands-on experience implementing business process workflows and logic
  • Implemented systems and data integration using various Power Platform connectors like Oracle connector, Microsoft 365 connector, Common Data Services connector, and SharePoint connector
  • Large-scale database design using Common Data Services, PowerApps Data Flows, and Data Connectors
  • Proven skill in developing enterprise-wide applications using Canvas, Model Driven, and Portal technologies in Power Platform that is responsive to various devices
  • Experience with microservices pattern & SOA methodology
  • Experience with CI/CD for low-code platform solutions
  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: .Net, Java, JavaScript
  • Understanding and interest in cloud-based solutions, continuous integration/deployment, DevOps, and serverless architecture
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Power Platform SME and advocate the uses of the platform across various business units
  • Create customizations and ensure end users can fully utilize the tool
  • Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demonstrate how end users can leverage the Power Platform
  • Manage the governance of the platform and work on its socialization across the company
  • Collaborate with Microsoft to finalize licensing and ensure smooth implementation
  • Handle multiple initiatives and multitask effectively
