As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the daily operational tasks for the Fuel Desk Department. You will maintain client relationships and provide ongoing education and customer service.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of fuel clients focusing on fuel card usage and growth
  • Provide industry leading customer support and troubleshooting
  • Develop client relationship to educate and inform customers of how to optimize the value of the OTR fuel program
  • Work with different departments to improve features and processes
  • Become an expert at servicing customers using our partnership platforms
  • Maintain current knowledge on Fuel Desk program and strategies



What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
  • Strong Customer Service skills
