Plant Manager
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations, production flow, and keeping our inventory in check.
- Championing a culture of safety and ensuring every bite meets the highest standards.
- Building a strong, collaborative team through recruitment, training, and leadership.
- Becoming a budgeting boss – you'll manage the plant's budget and sniff out cost-saving opportunities.
- Leading the charge towards continuous improvement – think innovative processes and top-notch performance.
- Partnering with other departments to streamline operations and make magic happen.
- Keeping a close eye on quality through regular inspections and troubleshooting any issues.
- Analyzing financials with a hawk-eye and implementing cost-cutting strategies.
- Fostering a culture of creativity and innovation to stay ahead of the food game.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science (or something similar) is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years leading the pack.
- Deep knowledge of food production, quality control, and regulations is a must-have.
