We're on the hunt for a dynamic Plant Manager to lead and refine our operational processes, ensuring they align with our business goals and enhance customer value. This role is pivotal in driving a lean transformation, improving customer satisfaction and fostering business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with our commercial team, leveraging their strong business acumen to boost sales and build enduring customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

- **Efficiency Enhancement**: Implement standard operating procedures to optimize production efficiency.

- **Lean Management**: Advance lean practices and support the growth of lean management systems.

- **Daily Improvement**: Lead initiatives for continuous daily improvements (MDI).

- **Process Optimization**: Manage and streamline team activities, focusing on process creation and enhancement.

- **Problem-Solving**: Engage in hands-on problem-solving to effectively address operational issues.

- **Productivity Gains**: Formulate and execute strategies for year-over-year productivity improvements.

- **Cross-Functional Alignment**: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support the SIOP process.

- **Budget Management**: Develop operational budgets that align with business annual operating plan (AOP) targets.

- **Growth Support**: Facilitate an integrated supply chain approach to drive growth.

- **Data-Driven Solutions**: Ensure operational challenges are met with data-driven countermeasures.


Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 7-10 years in cross-functional and management roles.

- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- **Education**: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.

- **Leadership**: Proven track record in building effective teams and fostering high employee engagement.

- **Lean Expertise**: Deep understanding of lean principles and ability to impart this knowledge.

- **Multitasking**: Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

- **Business Insight**: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

- **Vision and Purpose**: Capability to develop and communicate a clear vision and purpose.

- **Safety Knowledge**: Up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and laws.
